+: spa was ok some staff were friendly

-: it’s in a steep hill not accessible for wheelchair or disabled people. i am a wheel chair user on arrival the disabled room was not available despite sending many messages and no responses. the day after when it became available the day after we thought that was the last of the issues. but then we was moved again despite requesting and paying $50 for a late check out and was asked to leave the disabled room to a standard room there was no consideration of disabilities or the needs. very poorthe attitude was we helped….. in fact i had paid so you didn’t help!!!!i paid for a service that I didn’t get and was messed around

+: The staff was ok and they tried to fix all the problems. The spa was ok.

-: We had to change the rooms because the windows dindnt close. In the new rooms the cleaning was not so good. The breakfast was very limitated.

+: This was my third stay in this hotel.I am a frequent visitor to the city. It is in an excellent location beside Taksim and Cihangir. Breakfast is served on the roof with a wonderful view of the Bosporus in the morning. Staff couldnt be more friendly and hospitable.

-: The only complaint is that the hotel is on a steep hill which might be difficult for those with mobility issues. Not the fault of the hotel obviously!

+: The hotel was perfect very nice and clean and hospitable , but the street was on a hill so it was a big slide , for a women of my age it was very difficult to walk in it especilly with travelling bags.

-: The big slide of the street , this was the only problem that I faced. So I diminished my stay to one night instead of 3 nights.
