Sanatorium "Marble Palace" is located in a forested area in the center of the resort Morshin. This is a colorful valley, which is surrounded by hills, completely covered with forests. With its facade, the Marble Palace faces the historic square, in the center of which is the symbol of the resort, the first Morshyn mineral water pump room, thanks to its architecture called the Fungus. From the "Fungus", imprinted, by the way, on the arms of Morshyn, the alleys of the resort park diverge to the all-resort balneo-mud baths, the new Byuvet, the Palace of Culture, the railway station, the sanatoriums "Dniester" and "Pearl of the Carpathian". On the back, south-west side of the "Marble Palace" is a forest park zone with a resort area of general resort.
The most famous and most respectable sanatorium Morshyn was built
in 1935-1938 under the project of engineer Nikodimovich. It is designed for only 180 beds, but in those years was the largest "resort house". For the decoration of the hull 11 varieties of marble were used. This is a high-class sanatorium, one of the best in Morshyn.
