+: The hotel looks simply stunning with the multiple stunning pools and overhanging plants. The staff were extremely helpful, organised a transfer to pick us up and were welcoming when we arrived, happily taking our luggage to our room.The room itself (suite with shared pool) was very large and grand. I especially liked that it had its own lounge section inside and a sunbed and bench outside the room next to the shared pool. The shower was very large and had perfect water pressure and heat. They also provided robes and slippers which were a nice touch.The bed was very comfortable but was two doubles put together. There is a hotel app you can download where you can order your drinks etc from which was a nice touch.The buffet restaurant was nice and had a good variety of breakfast options and even a dedicated omelette maker!The spa was good, it had a sauna, steam room and a gym. We did do some treatments but honestly speaking although the staff were excellent the Cretan massage was overpriced.Spending the day by the pools for a few days was amazing, definitely one of the best hotels we have experienced.
-: The gym was quite small and relies on guests to use the towels and provided wipes to clean the equipment but we experienced a few guests sweat all over the benches for example and leave without using a wipe or towel so there was sweat residue the next day. Of course this is likely isolated and not the staffs fault.The room was grand but I think the double beds detracted from the grandness of the room. If there was a king or super king this room stay would have been magnificent.
