+: Property had everything from medical to gym to recovery rooms and to great food.

-: Place is a little isolated and the road to get to the hotel is a little narrow and 2 way street driving hazard.

+: hotel is 10 minutes walk to beach, you can get a tuk tuk.

-: Everywhere was contruction and very bad breadkfast

+: The hotel is very modern with a beautiful decoration. The breakfast is good and the pool is great. Food in the restaurant is very good (western food of great quality and very well cooked).

-: Cleanliness was below standard for a 5 star hotel. Upon arrival, our room had hair (from previous guests I imagine) in the sink, shower and room desk. Plus, the communication prior to arrival was poor, since we asked questions through booking chat that were never answered. Location is far from the points of interest in Phuket (40 min by car), however close to a pleasant (not a paradise) beach.

+: Schön ruhig, Design, Zimmergröße, Pool, Breakfast

-: Wir hatten Ungeziefer im Zimmer, wurde von der einen Mitarbeiterin nur belächelt und es wurde gesagt, dass es normal sei und das man jemanden schickt um die Kakerlake zu fangen. Ein anderer Mitarbeiter hat aber sofort reagiert und uns ein neues Zimmer gegeben. Es fanden sich zudem extrem viele Baustellen in der Gegend, direkt daneben.

-: The location hotel Sole Mio in this time right next it’s the building new hotel and it’s loud because of construction site. It’s far from sea 🌊

+: It was new and mainly Thai crew were amazing hospitality wise

-: Location was poor, construction from all the sides on the hotel, deposit system doesn’t make sense there is no mini bar in the room, but still on check in stuff is requesting for wither cash deposit or passport, in case you’re gonna make an order on the room. I informed them that I will not put any order in my room, since I’m paying on the spot for my orders, even though on check out I was surprised with a bill which was under my room but signature wasn’t mine. I think it would be better to remove this option and who ever is making an order, has to pay on the spot since it’s a tiny hotel. Also I would like to mention Russian speaking lady, on check in she made me feel down, while I was asking her questions, her face and response was very arrogant. Which I didn’t get, since it’s my first time in this area and this hotel.
