+: Für Paare sehr romantisch wenn man das richtige Zimmer mietet. Ich empfehle hochzeitssuite weil alle anderen Zimmer sind normale Räume und keine Höhle. Das Bad war sehr groß mit Dusche und whirlpool wo man auch zu zweit sich reinlegen kann. Der allgemeine Pool draußen ist auch schön aber sehr kalt. Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral. Es gibt genügend parkplatzmöglichkeiten in der Stadt und am hotel. Minibar hat faire Preise wird aber kocht täglich nachgefüllt. Ich empfehle mit einem Auto dort anzureisen damit man auch die Nachbarstädte erkundschaften kann. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man kommt in wenigen Minuten zu allen nachbarstädte. Die Ballons sieht man am besten in göremenevsehir. Man muss aber sehr früh aufstehen 4:30-6uhr kann man die Ballons tanzen sehen. Man muss schon in der Dunkelheit los. Natürlich ist in ürgüp auch Tourismusgebiet dementsprechend alles etwas teurer aber die touristenpreise halten sich in Grenzen wenn man es mit antalya Alanya side vergleicht ist es dort noch viel günstiger. Lebensmittel und Getränke kauft man am besten bei migros ist in der Nähe von hotel.
-: Wir haben das hochzeitssuite genommen. Mega schön gewesen einziges Manko kein klimaanlage. Aber die Mitarbeiter waren so nett und haben mir ein Ventilator gegeben. Zimmerservice gibt's nur wenn man es anspricht von alleine kommen die nicht. Unsere suite war die wie eine Höhle ausschaut direkt neben den Pool. Pool ist nicht beheizt. Wasser wurde wöchentlich gewechselt. Die Dachterrasse war auch sehr schön dort ist das Frühstück. Leider sieht man von da aus keine Ballons und wenn doch dan nur einzelne und das sehr früh am Morgen. 4:30-5Uhr. Frühstück hat uns nicht gefallen alles nur kalt nur eine Ei-Speiße ist warm und das wars.

+: Everything was perfect! The hotel is very beautiful and in a great location. The suite was very spacious, well decorated with a comfortable bed and a bath tub. Breakfast is served on the terrace, with a nice variety of Turkish food, mainly savoury. All the staff and the owners are very friendly. It was a great experience, amazing quality for money! Highly recommended!!

+: Beautiful room, great breakfast.
-: Booked the hotel because there was a pool. However, upon our arrival, they drained the pool for repairs and commenced work, using angle grinders, right outside our door, and creating a huge mess. Some notification would have been appreciated. Really wanted a pool in that heat. The room wasn't cleaned during the 3 day stay

+: we had a lovely stay at the property, it was very quiet and felt more like we had our own apartment air bnb and less like a hotel which we really liked. we stayed in the honey moon suite which was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too and the property had everything we needed. the location is good there are lots of places to eatdrink in the area and it is very easy to get taxis in Ürgüp. The hotel staff were very helpful and helped arrange our transfers, they were great at communicating through WhatsApp.
-: The only thing I can think of was that the pool wasn’t filled with water when we stayed. This was most likely because of the weather and the time of year that we went. We weren’t too bothered by this but it would have been good to know beforehand.

+: Breakfast was amazing everyday. The room was beautiful and comfortable. We had a room by the pool. It was off season for the pool but it was very relaxing to sit at the tables enjoy coffee or tea. The view of the city is prefect. The city is old world beautiful and in early morning you can see the balloons coming over the mountain top.
-: We didn't have places to really unpack much. Parking was free but very limited.
