+: I am sorry i couldn’t respond to that reply. The hotel didn’t offer me drop off even receptionist ask me to arrange the transport. I send the email twice and one phone call then only they informed me the drop off. I have the evidence emails which i will post it on google review soon

+: Location, price, bedroom. The building is actually oldish, but we really liked the design!
-: Lack of… mostly everything. It took about 1h for the staff to bring us at least some tea and extra toothbrush. Plus, there was no Wi-Fi in the room. What’s more, it’s not fair that pictures of rooms don’t match the reality

+: There are 4 receptionist out of the 4 the guy in the night behaves irresponsibly and rude. I gave my car key for valet parking and they lost it and they were behaving like I was the one who responsible for that. The main thing was they purposely target me and say i didn’t give key. Even though they checked the camera in around midnight and found one hotel employee took my car and parked other side. Then the car didn’t move from there and after that also the receptionist wants to put that on my head. I wrote the best review for the same hotel and during the next stay this what i got in return. I would rather say no one should book there no safety and security and incase customer lost something valuable hotel will say it u . Checked for safe locker password they said they don’t know and night even if u die they wont care. I am wondering is that the same hotel for which I wrote the best review. I feel pathetic on myself for that
