+: This property has an amazing team. They are so fast and efficient front desk.If you need extra towel or water they are so fast.The pool lifeguards are so friendly and the gymIs quiet. Location amazing and the hotel sits above three amazing places in Nola Mythos and Soon.I have day from the manager to the front desk staff to the housekeeping to the restaurant and location you will not be disappointed. Fast! Efficient! Brilliant.

-: Everything else. The property was dirty with hair in the bath, I asked for this to be sorted it wasn’t. I was given one towel, I asked for more and was given a towel that had rust stains on it. These are all so worn they need to buy new sets. The room smells musty. They need to get new bed linen they cannot wash them enough to get them clean the smell of someone else is on the sheets they just need new sets. I used an ironing board which was torn with an iron that had burned clothes on it. Breakfast was shocking- coffee is served in an urn and plastic spoons are used. Jam for toast is just in a large bowl exposed for all to use. The furniture is completely worn- torn chair rests etc.
