+: Kumar Director of Guest services was amazing and so were the staff. Lion was also obliging on our arrival. Any issues were handled very professionally and that makes a big difference. Very client orientated hotel. Hotel does need a refurb but I believe this is happening soon. India restaurant at hotel was really excellent. Great flavours. Our housekeeper was also great. He did an excellent job every day. Plenty of water was left in room complimentary. Essential in hot weather like Dubai. Pool attendant was also very pleasant and helpful.

-: Unfortunately there was one night when water maintenance was due between 11.pm and 5.00am and we returned from the tennis at midnight and were unable to shower but even then they did try their hardest to accommodate us by offering to take us to another hotel.

-: The room is dated, paint splotches all over, the bathrobe was threadbare and skanky. Shampoo dispenser didn’t work. Sockets didn’t work. One room phone didn’t work.

+: The Hotel is very clean; the room is big, and the bed is very comfortable. I like stuff very very much. they are all very helpful and very kind. For sure it is the first choice in future. I will back again

+: The staff are amazing, very helpful, location is pretty much close to all attractions, airport and GGICO metro station is 7 min by foot, I had a pleasant stay
