+: I think the hotel is really good for the price you pay. I liked especially The facilities like the swimming pool, Fitness Gym, Breakfast were really good. Especially the Breakfast was amazing they had an Arab side and an Intercontinental side 06:30 till 10:30 A.M. which is really a reasonable time. You will have enough time to get up and eat some breakfast. The Rooms were nice as well (quite spacious). I slept really well for 6 nights so there is nothing wrong with the beds and pillows they are good! I think staff was friendly and also helpful if you needed help. so I was pleasantly surprised everything went so smooth so thanks for a great 6 night stay :-)

-: Location is probably the biggest downfall of this hotel...even though the hotel is quite nice it is far from everything (even Dubai Marina where the beach is etc...it's like 20-30 minute walk) and trust me you don't want to walk in the Burning sun...so better bring your umbrella with you or wear protective clothes to avoid getting sunburned. If you want to travel to the main attractions like I did Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, Gold Souk, Dubai Mall, Dubai Frame everything is quite far...so If you don't like to travel that far with the Metro then this hotel is not for you...I think reaching Burj Khalifa was definitely around 40-45 minutes with the subway. Gold Souk is 45-60 minutes so you kinda get the idea how far this hotel is from everything...but other than that it just costs time the hotel itself is fine and definitely worth it. I think this hotel is more for couples or solo travellers...it kinda is hard for families with kids etc (you definitely need a rental car or do everything by taxi) but if you don't care about the travelling times then by all means this can be a contender for you! Maybe the furniture was kinda old too...I needed the desk to edit videos (so i could work in the night) but the desk is kinda uncomfortable to work with...the desk has glass on it so it was kinda hard to use with a mouse (you definitely need a mouse pad) as I don't like to use the trackpad of my laptop. I think the Desk definitely needs to be replaced with a modern desk...it feels really old.
