+: E’ la seconda volta che torno in questo hotel. E’ un vero 5 stelle, molto elegante e curato. Si trova nella Marina, che è il quartiere più bello di Dubai. In particolare, dalle camere (lato porto turistico) si gode la migliore vista in assoluto di tutta Dubai Marina. La cosa più bella resta la piscina. Grande, riscaldata, con suggestiva vista sulla marina. Le camere sono eleganti e funzionali. La colazione eccellente. Meritano una menzione particolare, fra il personale, Afsal e Nia, che lavorano presso il ristorante (colazione e pranzo) e che sono stati eccezionalmente premurosi, professionali e cortesi.

-: Il personale alla reception è poco amichevole, molto lento e disorganizzato. La tessera della stanza si è smagnetizzata dieci volte in una settimana (non solo a me). Consentono l’ingresso in piscina agli esterni (suppongo a pagamento), e questo la rende sempre piuttosto affollata.

+: Great hotel and great location direct access to marina mall. Receptionist Faras was very polite and helpful, Amazing hospitality. Room is very clean and amazing. View is great as well

+: The hotel has a great location, except it used to have a different name so taxi drivers sometimes had hard time to understand where we want to go. Located right in the shopping mall with the marina view, close to a metro station. Places to eat and shop right there and a great selection. Staff very friendly and helpfull, room was nice and clean, quiet. Loby I expected nicer and more cozy. Loved the pool and uts service. Gym of average quality. We havent had a breakfast as we like to eat out and discover.

-: The only thing worth mentioning is when we ordered a room service, the service itself was fast, however the quality of caramel popcorn was very low :-D The other things we had were fine. Also when we wanted to pay right away the terminal for thre card didnt work so we had to find some cash which was a awkward having this waiter in our room at night for so long.
