Centrally located in the Greek-Cypriot part of Nicosia City and within the main shopping district, Manolia City Residences offer modern accommodations with free WiFi.
Fitted with wooden floors, all rooms and suites at Manolia are air conditioned and open out to a balcony. Each has a mini-bar, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a private bathroom with shower. Guests have access to a shared kitchenette with dining area. Some units also have a kitchenette and a living room.
Designer stores, restaurants and bars can be found nearby, while the old part of the city is around a 5-minute walk away. Larnaca International Airport is 25 mi away.

+: Staff at reception were friendly. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The small balcony to sit and have our morning coffee was nice. Location to Dionsios Solomos Sq bus station, the old town and shops was excellent - only 10mins walk. Good value for money.
-: The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower would be a squeeze if you are a larger person.There was some noise late at night from a club close by. Fortunately, we had a room which was a bit further away, so noise was not too intrusive.
