+: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I am absolutely over the moon with my experience! The beach is an absolute paradise, with the softest, most pristine sand and crystal-clear waters that look straight out of a postcard. The hotel's gardens are nothing short of breathtaking, meticulously manicured and bursting with vibrant, exotic flowers that create a truly enchanting atmosphere.The highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They are beyond attentive and speak impeccable English, making every interaction a joy. I must give a special shout-out to Mohamed Ibrahim, whose outstanding service went above and beyond my expectations. His warm demeanor, unparalleled professionalism, and willingness to assist with any request made our stay unforgettable.This hotel is a true gem and a slice of heaven on Earth. I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking an extraordinary escape with world-class service. It was an experience of a lifetime!

-: Che chiedono sempre di partecipare alle riunioni per vendere camere che poi si trovano sui social a 300 euro a settimana

+: La spiaggia molto estesa,.Al seguito di un problema di salute di mio marito, I responsabili del customer relation si sono attivati per accompagnarci in ospedale garantendo il trasporto e la presenza della persona che parlava sia arabo che italianoUn grazie particolare a Giulia per la sua professionalità e gentilezza.

-: Scarsa qualità e varietà di pesce.

+: Ho soggiornato nella sezione Bellavista, camere datate ma funzionali, bella atmosfera con tutto il personale e comodo a tutto.

-: Difficoltà di contatto con la reception - un Grazie speciale a Giulia Botti (guests relations) Che ha sempre risposto prontamente.

+: La struttura è molto bella ed accogliente. Le camere sono pulite e molto accoglienti, le piscine curate e il personale del ristorante Coral è attento ad ogni richiesta del cliente. Il personale è sempre molto disponibile e gentile ad accogliere e soddisfare ogni esigenza. Un ringraziamento particolare per la professionalità , disponibilità e gentilezza al direttore sig. Ibrahim Salama Duty , al suo staff e alla sig. Giulia. Domina coral bay è sempre una certezza

+: + Spacious property + a long beach with good spots for snorkeling + greens are everywhere + gentle, welcoming and friendly staff.+ understanding and keenness to please everyone specially the front desk manager Mohamed Ihrahim and beach service manager

-: - due to the fact of big property, you have to walk a lion bit more from spot to another. Hotel provides shuttle service.- there’s additional fees per night for pet; management is working on reviewing this policy.

+: Tutto bello, c’è sempre tanto da fare, un ambiente molto vivo giorno e notte :) Cibo vario e ottimo, troverete sempre qualcosa che fa al caso vostro da mangiare perché non tutto può essere buono ma basta ambientarsi e capire le cose giuste da prendere per i propri gusti e tutto andrà alla grande! Sono del parere che se viaggi devi adattarti :) Staff molto professionale e a tua completa disposizione ! Mare con barriera corallina stupenda, possibilità di sport acquatici come anche immersioni subacquee con istruttore. Questo resort è un’oasi di benessere, pace ma anche divertimento ! Adatto a tutti !
