+: The room interior was really nice

-: The reception person named Mohamed was extremely rude since we entered the hotel, he's somewhat bald a little chubby and short, awful customer treatment although we were very polite dealing with them. My husband had food poisoning there, it was terrible, we only ate at the hotel. They were not any helpful when I said he was really sick. I wouldn't recommend at all.

+: The open buffet breakfast offered a big variety of food , was delicious. The spacious room was a great plus and it was overlooking the marine with a nice view. All the staff are well trained , organized and very friendly and helpful which we liked very much Also the offer of a small shopping arcade at the hotel is a plus and we had the opportunity to shop souvenirs. Thanks for this great experience. Highly recommend to book the hotel stay at your esteemed hotel 🏨 👌 😀 🌹👍🙏

+: we only had breakfast at ocean view, it was really excellent, the location plays a primordial role in the evaluation, quality, variation and quantities, were very convenient. The activities proposed were also very interesting. I liked the books proposed for borrowing.....

-: Can't say I disliked any special thing, However sometimes especially in the evenings the noise is a bit too loud.

The most impressive thing to my wife and me was the excellent behavior and professionalism of the hotel staff, who made my stay enjoyable and unforgettable. Special thanks go to Mr Khaled at the Hotel Reception Desk, who did an excellent job to accommodate us.
