+: Exceptional breakfast! Clean and cozy rooms, good water pressure in the shower (which is rare in Georgia). Very helpful and friendly owners. Location is quite central (all shops and stuff nearby) and only 5 minutes walk from the beach.

-: Beds are a bit creaky.

+: It was amazing! Rooms are very clean and comfortable, has all the necessities. The breakfast included is really good and also the dining area is very clean including cutlery. The location is not far away from the beach and it’s easily accessible, many stores are nearby. The pool is also very clean even after rainy days. Overall it’s great value for your money. The hosts are super sweet and helpful, make you feel at home. For sure one of the best ran hotels in Kobuleti. Definitely recommend 💓 stayed there twice already and planning to do the same next year. ( it is especially great for families or small friend groups and couples, it is a very quiet and comfortable place)
