+: Very central . Staff are all pleasant

-: Very close to all amenities restaurant lovely and staff very good

+: Food at Snack Bar was excellent and the Hotel cannot be faulted for location, perfect.

-: Cleaning was questionable, think we had our sheets changed twice in 7 nights? They run a mop over the floor but that's about it.

+: Good quality accommodation, beautiful views, comfortable beds.Great pools, especially for kids, even the main pool is not too deep. Lovely snack bar. Friendly staff.

-: Just sad we could see fires across the bay from our room.We didn't have water for over a day but we understood there was a need to redirect resources for firefighting.

+: Despite everything going on at the time of my stay (fires on the island) the hotel staff couldn’t have been more calm and reassuring. Every time I had questions - they helped and were so kind.
