+: I was upgraded to a bigger room, and it was great! Spacious bedroom with a small living, a two-sink bathroom, a tub, all super clean and comfortable. Great amenities and a fully functionally minibar.
-: Suuuper picky comment, but the AC would make a little sound when the fan was medium or higher. It would usually bother me a lot when sleeping (specially because there's not ceiling fan) but room temperature was ok if fan was low.

-: its a big old hotel, very complicated to walk, horrible architecture .... Restaurant and bars here are very expensive. You will not find a Thai vibe here... Much constriction, renovating, painting going around there, very loud. Many things are not working, like the AC. The photos are 10 times better than the reality.

+: The room was spacious
-: The pool was green, the lady working on the eggs at breakfast was rude, food in the breakfast hall was cold and often no glasses, cups and when food ran out had to wait ages for it to be replenished. Be aware you are on a very busy road and during the day there is person to help cross but isn't there if an evening and could be dangerous. Generally staff were pretty helpful and friendly, just the odd couple of staff that weren't. Smell of damp in the room and the toilet didn't flush very well but we didn't actually spend much time there so didn't complain.
