+: Omg!! This hotel exceeded my expectation.It's beautiful! Located near the tram Station and is really clean. This is so important to me and is the first thing I look for when I book a hotel. My birthday came round on this trip and the lady on the front desk (Gaiza?)organised for me a free breakfast meal and this was totally unexpected but such a beautiful gesture.While I was having breakfast, they delivered a platter of fruit to my room and made up my room beautifully. This was so thoughtful of the staff and made my stay really memorable. Thank you AG Hotels, you totally made my day.

+: Good location for transport, 15euro in a taxi from the airport and the metro was almost on the door step.
-: Road noise can be heard inside the rooms as it’s next to a busy main road and no sound proofing. Orange juice wasn’t included in breakfast.
