+: Vi hadde et flott opphold i en av suitene med utsikt mot Galatatårnet. Rommet var luftig og renholdet var godt, med tanke på at det er et eldre hotell. Topp service og hyggelig personale gjorde opplevelsen enda bedre! Da vi hadde et lite problem med støy fra Galatatårnet som renoveres, tilbød hotellet seg å gi oss et nytt rom de siste nettene i toppetasjen med utsikt mot hele gamlebyen! Det gjorde virkelig at oppholdet fikk en nydelig avslutning. Takterrassen var perfekt for ettermiddagsdrinker og lokasjonen var uslåelig. Vi følte oss godt ivaretatt og kommer veldig gjerne igjen!
-: Ingenting, men vi var litt uheldige med lyden fra renovasjon de første nettene. Dette er forbigående og personalet var veldig behjelpelige!

-: Frokosten. Minus for egg benediikt til frokost med toastbrød som ikke var toastet! Da vi spurte om det så sa de nei! Det er jo ikke godt med kaldt toastbrød. Det dro ned opplevelsen og vi spiste ikke frokost der igjen.
