+: Il n’y a que l’emplacement pas loin du centre ville qui peut plaire !

-: Aucun des personnel ne parle anglais ni meme d’autres langues a part le turque, on en est réduit a gesticuler et utiliser google trad.Le SPA ferme à 20h et n’ouvre que le lendemain a 12h00, donc pas moyen de se relaxer si une seule nuit de réservé !Le personnel n’est pas du tout aimable, les chambres sont bruyantes, l’isolation phonique est tellement mal faite qu’on a l’impression d’être dehors.J’ai sollicité l’établissement pour une facture, mais aucune réponse jusqu’à aujourd’hui ( 6 jours après).Tout cela a fait que j’ai dû réserver dans un autre hotel pour la nuit suivante…Je ne recommandé absolument pas !

+: helpful staff, very good location for central Ankara, breakfast was sufficient, and the staff prepared anything we asked for. Very nice place to spend 2-3 days. Although the hotel is located at the heard of Ankara, it was very calm and silent during the nights. I recommend it.
