+: The new hotel, Aria Riva was nice, but a lot smaller apartment than initially booked, as well as in a completely different location, which we wouldnt have chosen by ourselves.

-: I was informed one day ahead of arrival that the hotel was closing down because of issues with the water supply and that we would be transfered to a different hotel, in a completely different location. Later on it seems like the hotel closed due to renovations beginning and not due to water issues. Wasn't offered any compensation and manager wasn't very understanding of the issue with us being transfered to a different location.

+: Spacious and clean apartment with a perfect location right in the middle of everything. Close to the beach, supermarket (migros) as well as restaurants and cafées.

-: Bathroom is a bit too small, especially shower and the water pressure could be improved.
