+: Staying at Kaya was a great experience. The hotel is nice the rooms are spacious and the food is really good too! Moreover the staff has been absolutely brilliant. Everyone is kind, smiling, trying to do the extra mile for the guests. They really made us belive that we are their friends and they care about us. Seriously can't name a single thing we didn't like! Thank you guys was an amazing experience!

-: If I really had to find something I would say they could have tissues in the rooms. The hotel next door is playing very loud music throughout the night but that didn't bother as much.

+: Very nice hotel, sandy beach, great food, nice people working there, big rooms, nice SPA, value for money.

-: Sometimes events planning was weird, e.g. Octoberfest party starts at 12:30 and ends at 15:00... Why? And of course there are no tents or places to hide when there is +30C outside. And maybe have two kinds of beer - normal and craft? SPA is very expensive.

-: Die Kaffeemaschinen im Restaurant waren immer dreckig und das sollte auf jeden Fall geändert werden. Und kleine Löffel waren Mangelware.

+: Ein sehr grosses Plus gilt dem sehr bemühten, freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal. Trotz ausgebuchtem Hotel ist die Menschenmenge gut aufgeteilt in diesem Hotel gewesen. Die Lage ist sehr schön an einem breiten Privatstrand mit sauberem Wasser. Es wird einiges an Animation geboten die nicht aufdringlich ist. Das Essen ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Die ala carte Restaurants sehr gut.

-: Den 5 Stern sucht man hier vergeblich und das in der Türkei bei den sonst tollen Hotels. Deshalb ist der Preis auch nicht adäquat zu teuer. Der tolle Strand ist voller Müll ( Kippen, Folien usw) Unverständlich da überall Aschenbecher, Abfalleimer. Wird wohl am Niveau der Gäste liegen. Es ist alles auf russisch stämmige Gäste abgestimmt. Und davon gibt es auch 80%. Toiletten am StrandPool eine stinkende Zumutung. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Liegen und Strandhandtücher seeeehhr abgenutzt. Überhaupt Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren nur 5 Tage da nach einer Rundreise durch Türkei zur Erholung. Deshalb war es noch ok.sonst nicht empfehlenswert.

+: Algehele indruk was geweldig. Groot hotel, grote bezetting en toch niet echt druk. Het eten was voortreffelijk, lekker en gevarieerd. Het personeel héél vriendelijk, zowel de staf als het onderhoudspersoneel en de obers. Wat klantvriendelijkheid betreft kunnen veel hotels hier een voorbeeld aan nemen. Het zwembad heb ik zelf niet kunnen gebruiken door een medisch probleem, maar ook dat zag er zeer goed verzorgd en onderhouden uit.

-: Er is hier en daar toch ook wel te merken dat het hotel tekenen vertoont van aftakeling. Sommige deuren zijn écht wel versleten en hebben nood aan opfrissing. De kamers zijn licht verouderd en kunnen ook opfrissing gebruiken, maar ondanks dat wordt alles prima onderhouden.

+: One of the best pricevalue hotel we have ever been. Great location, private beach with sunbeds always available. The staff were always helpful and kind. Food was great and the main restaurant was big enough to enjoy the dinner without a crowd.

-: The hotel building is a little bit old and a renovation would make it perfectly 1010. Some outside restrooms were not properly cleaned
