+: Tuba: Puhas ja mugav. Koristamas käidi igapäev. Söök: Põhiköök on türgipärane, lisaks on nn rahvusvaheline köök ja ka snäki baar. Süüa leiab endale igaüks. Personal: Väga sõbralik ja abivalmis.

-: Teenindav personal võiks osata rohkem inglise keelt. Vene keelt oskavad kõik 🙂

+: I did appreciate that rooms were cleaned every day .

-: I didn' t appreciate that most of times during night shows it was spoken in russian .it was really frustrating do not understand what was said.Being turiatic place it was expected to be spoken in english as well.
