+: Extrem freundliches Personal. Der Rezeptionist hat sogar für mich ein Busticket nach Bandırma besorgt, was bestimmt nicht zu seinem Aufgabenbereich gehört. Aber ich bin ihm dafür sehr dankbar. Das Nachtessen war gut, der Service aussergewöhnlich schnell. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und liess keine Wünsche offen. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

+: De var fantastisk. Vi var på Turkiet hammam de ligger ca 20 med buss .och till Yalova centrum ca 20 minuter med buss .fint hotell de fanns allt man önskar . Trevliga personal

+: موظفو الاستقبال رائعين محترفين جدا، خصوصا السيدة عزيزة ، الفندق نظيف والغرف واسعة مع بلكونةالفندق يبعد عن الكورنيش 3 دقائق عن مركز المدينة والكورنيش، الفندق على طريق قرية ترمال الاسنشفائية(مياه كبيرتية)، قريب جدا من مول كيبا اقل من دقيقتين بالسيارة، الفندق يحتوي على بركة سباحة خارجية و بركة سباحة داخلية دافئة و حمام تركي ومياه كبريتية و نادي صحي و موقف سيارات كبير خلف الفندق،

-: Manche Mitarbeiter muss man begrüßen, damit sie zurück grüßen. Die Professionalität hat mir ein wenig vom Personal am Eingang gefehlt. Ansonsten war alles okay
