+: Hotel was fabulous. The facilities were great and security was very good. A safe hotel for family. Food was varied and exotic. All the staff were helpful. A special thank you to Layla the Desk Manager and Mr. Idris the Guest Relations Manager for dealing with all our requests - they deserve a promotion. Beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size. Spa was lovely and indoor pool was nice and warm. The view of the mountain is unbeatable!!! And the waterslides were thrilling for adults and children alike. I would like to thank Rai Premium for a fantastic holiday!
