+: Service was poor, Ac not working, food is very bad. Staffs are not helpful
-: Room service was not there( cleaning, quality, ac was not working, bed sheet, towel, room toilet was not clean. Food was not quality and tasty.Reception do not know service, they only do check in. Any help they are not willing, Most of them either do not understand or ignore. I talked with them several times about booking by booking.com but they reply to talk with booking.com they can not help to cleaning the room or fixing the ac. It was too hot outside and I have a small baby but they do not botherI think needs to change management and services to get a good position

+: Peu de monde à la piscine. Tranquillité assurer et jolie paysage autour de l’hôtel
-: -Buffet… un beau zéro ! Ce n’est pas un buffet illimité mais plutôt une cantine, on vous sert des quantités très limitée et lorsque vous redemander la cuisinière n’est pas contente et viens vérifier si vous avez bien fini votre assiette. Bon mangeur ou amateur de bonne cuisine passer votre chemin ! Aucun choix. Nous avons manger du riz pendant 10 jours. Seul et unique plat de consistance de l’hôtel. Nous avons regretter la formule tout inclus ! -l’hôtel est vieux, uniquement les chambres de l’hôtel son climatisée (pas la Hale) le personnel pas très souriant, la piscine n’est pas chauffée, bassin enfant non plus! Donc résumée, si vous avez l’habitude des 4 et 5 étoiles. Ne venez jamais la. Vous seriez dessus comme nous l’avons était. Première et dernière fois un hôtel 3 étoiles!

-: Lack of hygiene. Old furniture. Bad food. Toilet seat and bathtub have never been cleaned. Was going to buy the hotel a cleaning product but I knew they wouldn't use it. There was big old snot on the wall.
