+: Absolutely everything was perfect. A few hours after arrival our room was upgraded to the bigger one without any additional cost - absolutely unheard of in other hotels elsewhere. The room was extremely clean, bed and pillows very comfortable and absolutely amazing breakfasts with a big variety of food to choose from. Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful - we felt as a member of their extended family since stepping into that fantastic hotel. Majority of bigger and much more expensive hotels should learn from that little gem how to provide such as excellent service. The location is very handy because all major attractions are within 10 minutes walk. I'll recommend that hotel to absolutely everybody coming to Istanbul.

-: Nothing - only capricious and picky traveler can find something to complain about.

+: The Hotel is very close to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and Topkapi Palace. The rooms are smaller but the location advantage makes up for it. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Make sure not to miss the breakfast. They have an amazing spread.

+: Location is good and very quiet but 15-20 minute walk uphill to main area T1 tram. Istanbul prices now VERY dear. Everywhere crowded. Visit popular places in the evening, especially Blue Mosque & 'courtyard'

+: When looking for accommodation in Istanbul, we decided between accommodation near the main sights or within easy reach of the center. We chose a good accommodation in this hotel. The hotel is not about luxury, but about a friendly atmosphere with a touch of oriental interior, good breakfast, cleanliness of room, comfortable sleep. We had a room on the 3rd floor facing the patio, where it was quiet at night. As a bonus after returning from exploring the city, it was possible to make coffe and tea and enjoy it on the terrace with a view of the Sea of Marmara. I also want to thank the gentlemen at the reception for providing information, arranging trips and telephone communication with the airport.

-: Around to have to claim a lot to go to the metro

+: Excelent location, Blue mosque in walking distance, restaurants nearby. Breakfast is gorgeous: fruits, cheeses, vegetables, home made salads, marmelades etc. Coffee and tea are available all day at the roof-top terrace. Staff is very supportive. Everything is really clean.

-: Neigbourhood is not really loud, and 3 layer windows has been used, still sound insulation is not perfect.
