+: The location was quite central.Walking distance to the tourist attractions.

-: The reception was not available on checkin. I had to wait outside in the rain. The bathroom tiles were broken and the shower was not clean. No sleeping pillows either.

-: Първия ден нямахме никакъв интернет, което беше много неприятно. Закуската не беше добра. Стаята не изглеждаше като тази, която резервирахме (беше доста по-малка и тясна).

+: I liked the location.

-: When I arrived, tired from the trip at cca 15:30, the room wasn’t ready. I had to wait for about 40 minutes until it was ready. Of course, no one offered a refund or anything of the sort. When I asked about it, they said it wasn’t possible. When I finally got the room, I found out that it looked nothing Like it did in the pictures. Wall lamps were crooked and broken (they didn’t work obviously), there were dents in the wall, and the sheets were dirty with bloodlike stains. When I complained, they reluctantly changed the sheets after attempting to convince me that they were clean. Also, the receptionist (dark hair, glasses) was very rude. All in all, it was cheap, but if I had known all this beforehand, I would have paid double elsewhere.
