+: Ontvangst door receptie personeel bij aankomst in de nacht uren. SPA personeel zijn professioneel en zijn tevens huurders van de SPA faciliteiten (los van de hotel). Ze doen hun best ondanks de versleten en niet goed verzorgt werkomgeving.

-: Personeel wordt uitgebuit door lange uren te laten werken voor minimum loon en ontbreekt er professionaliteit. Hotel en de bijbehorende faciliteiten zien er versleten, oud en onverzorgt uit. Het bestuur lijkt totaal niet geïnteresseerd te zijn in duurzaam klantenbestand opbouwen. Echter, klanttevredenheid en qualititeit worden zichtbaar opgeofferd voor korte termijn gewin! Echt jammer!!Wij hadden nog nooit zo'n organisatie mee gemaakt die zowel zijn eigen personeel als hun klanten slecht en respectloos behandelt..Schijn bedriegt; Let op!

-: Very poor hotel, the hygiene was very bad, after a food poisoning on a day two, we went to the hospital and the doctor proved it was a food poisoning, but from the hotel avoid to pay for medical treatment (€336), because we didn't call the reception. Next day our friend got worse then we call the reception and they call the hospital that they work with and we had to pay another €980 just because of the food they provided and because they sent us to private hospital instead to State one which is almost free! Very poor Hotel full with Russian just few people spoke some English don't waste your money and time! Bad bad bad 👎 👎 👎

-: The fact that when checking in one of the hotel administrators, he yelled at my child, who was next to the car to take care of the luggage, it was a bad thing. It's not even worth naming it here. The girls in the group of animators were in vain, the boys animators were the ones who tried to animate the atmosphere a little.

-: Rengøring i gangarealer og trapper. Servicepersonalen var flinke men havde lidt forvirring mht opgaverne.
