+: Clean, beautiful view

-: The place is beautiful, clean and comfortable but that was by far the worst experience i've ever had in a hotel.Even though the restaurant was accepting payments, they didn't accept cards (despite what was advertised when we booked in) and made us go back to town to withdraw money (and use an abusive exchange rate when converting the euro)We arrived about half hour after check in times and our room was not ready yet.We were informed AFTER our check in that there would be an event that evening and, for that reason, restaurant would not be available for lunch and dinner that day.Please note that to go anywhere to eat by foot it would take at least 20min (in really dodgy road that alsos passes by a cemetery).Later that afternoon when we were sitting in the sun loungers trying to enjoy the sunset, we were requested to move due to the wedding preparations.Also due to the event we had nowhere to park and had to leave our car on the road.But that was only the beginning :It was simply IMPOSSIBLE to sleep because the party was hosted right under the rooms.Tried to message the hotel on booking.com and their answer was "we told you there would be an event. Hope you understand there's a happy couple here"When we finally found some employee (because the so called "247 reception" never had anyone) to ask to lower the music down he told us to hold on and that "should be over by 2 am".I only had a proper answer when reached the amazing customer service of Booking.com. Around 1am they moved the party to the bar (even though it was still loud and impossible to sleep until 3am).Next day the manager talked to us to "apologise" blaming his employees for all the issues and telling sad stories about his life (as if that would justify the horrible management].At least the 1st day of our stay was refunded (which was fair given that we not only could not enjoy the facilities or have any rest that day).

+: Do staff. Os funcionários, principalmente os do Beach Bar eram muito atenciosos. Elena, por exemplo, faz toda a diferença para transformar o espaço num local agradável de se estar. Atenciosa, cortes, profissional.

-: O hotel tem que definir se é um hotel, e portanto tem deveres a cumprir com os hóspedes, ou é um salão de festa que não liga para a vizinhança e coloca som alto até de madrugada. Foi verdadeiramente absurda e inusitada a situação que vivi num suposto “resort” à beira-mar logo à minha chegada. O hotel é isolado. Como vizinho só o cemitério. Não há bares, cafés ou restaurantes. No Booking informam que possui restaurante nas instalações. Pois bem. No primeiro dia, cansada, decidi ficar no hotel e almoçar por lá. Impossível! Me informaram que o restaurante estaria fechado para os hóspedes no almoço e no jantar porque haveria um casamento ali. É desrespeitoso esse tratamento com o hóspede, que deixa de ter os serviços prestados quando a gerência assim decide. Para piorar eles não economizaram nos decibéis da festa que seguiu até de madrugada. Ninguém dormiu naquela noite no hotel. E ainda ficou com fome. A administração simplesmente não se preocupou com o bem-estar dos hóspedes e deixou a festa rolar solta. A gente que aturasse! O próprio hotel se encarregou do barulho e de transformar a estadia nesse dia num momento infernal de todos os que estavam hospedados. Reclamações não eram aceitas e ainda jogavam a culpa nos hóspedes dizendo que eles deveriam estar felizes por causa da felicidade dos jovens recém-casados. O banheiro do restaurante ficou fechado para os hóspedes, obrigados a usar o da praia: imundo, fedido e utilizado tanto por homens, quanto por mulheres. Uma miséria só aquele local. Além disso o hotel, como já disse está distante de tudo. Ou se aluga um carro (30 euros a diária), ou se usa serviços de táxi (15 euros para ir, 15 euros para voltar). Então, além do desrespeito se preparem para gastar mais 30 euros diariamente para se locomover. Para mim é nunca mais, no centro há diversas opções de hotéis bem mais agradáveis e hospitaleiras. Porque este aí estraga as férias de qualquer um.

+: Estacionamento mesmo à frente do hotel e com vários lugares, a praia privada com direito a cadeiras e chapéu.

-: Não têm multibanco nem no hotel nem no restaurante. O valor cobrado ao check-in foi diferente do valor que a Booking nos tinha dado, pois quando chegámos fizeram o câmbio na hora para LEK. Alegaram que podíamos pagar em euros pois era mais vantajoso, mas como não tínhamos tivemos de pagar em LEK o valor que nos deram. Acabámos assim por pagar mais do que era suposto. Visto não termos qualquer prova de pagamento, não existe forma de reclamar esta situação directamente à Booking.

+: Hotel was supposed to charge credit card before the stay, but instead of that we had to pay in cash in the hotel. Stuff at the reception said they don’t accept cards despite logos of main leading credit cards companies and banks at the reception. The room we got smelt like a smoke, we got promptly another room so no issue. The beach was great, breakfasts fine. You need a car to reach the hotel so be prepared. I’m overall it was good, only downside is the card payment otherwise it was good value of money.
