-: 1. Dirty everywhere around the pools and even at the table we were lead to sit 2. All glasses, coffee cups are not clean enough 3. No sundebs at all at 9am near any pool!!! 4. Too many people for such small place 5. If you go to breakfastdinnerlunch at popular hours you have to wait in line until they had free table (line is long enough) 6. You pay for all inclusive, but you have to pay for such things like icecream or cotton candy, or pop corns!!! 7. The food: very small food choice especially at breakfast meniu. If you like eggs it is ok. But if your kid doesn’t like eggs so there is just one kind of pancakes with too much sugar and thats it, no other options for hor meal. 8. No strawberries, no watermallon at breakfastlunch meniu. Apples and kiwi thats it. 9. At the evening a lot of drunk people, all the tables are dirty 10. Water park is across the street and also You have to pay for icecream, candy 11. No sound proof at the room, You can hear everything in the corridor 12. As we asked kindly for shortening the trip with the refund of the left days (it was made 48 hours before leave because during the stay we had quickly made change to another hotel due to all the things written above), first of all they said they will aprove the reques after we make it through the booking. We made it as they asked, but later they decided to decline the request. 13. Kids beds wasn’t true beds, it was like mattress on the body, and that body was moving all the time in the family room. 14. The wifi and the operator connection are very poor, but it is nothing to all the thing written above 15. The shower was broken 16. You get just one key (old system) 17. They suggested us to change the room instead of these things, but the room wasn’t an issue.

+: The beach is beautiful, the staff was super friendly, and you would never feel hungry there 😃Girls from guest relationships are amazing and doing a great job. Sunsets are beautiful. There is also a lot of stuff for kids, so I’d say that the hotel is pretty family-friendly.Ah, and thanks a lot for the dinner in the Greek restaurant, it was delicious!I felt so good in Labranda that I almost cried this morning at the airport, as I didn't want to leave. Thank you, guys, for our fantastic time at your hotel! We will be happy to come back 🙂

-: 1. Some things could be renovated, but this is ok. In Egypt, for example, they would add more seafood to their menu once a week and sell older hotels as 5-star hotels. 2. I loved the beach, but remember to buy a pair of snorkeling shoes. (for me, that was absolutely fine as I brought them anyway, and as per my liking, this kind of beach is much better than scorching sand) 3. The airport is close, and you can hear planes landing at night. I slept like a baby, but if you easily wake up by any sound, consider using earplugs.

+: Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű a Hotel, Repülőtér közel, a tengerparti strandja csodálatos.A személyzet szuper kedves, és segítőkész. Patyolat tisztaság mindenhol.

-: Az ágy matrac kicsit kényelmetlen, lejtett középre,Tusolásnál folyt a víz az egész fürdőszobában

+: The staff, food options, entertainment and location.

-: Kids club was close, and the room close to it full of broken toys. WiFi in some areas of the resort was very poor. The WiFi situation was fed back to reception but no improvement was noticed.

+: Food was excellent! Helpful staff e.g getting bags from distant room to reception on time, as requested!

-: The food was not great l, the options didn’t change much and would say this lives up to a 3 star hotel not a 4 star. The queues for drinks was crazy . They limit wine as they was short of it. it was like eating in a school canteen was seated at a table i had spaghetti all over our chairs as no one cleaned it. I had to buy wipes to clean our chairs and tables in the outdoor entertainment as they were dirty.

+: Lage am Strand gut, Essen gut, Mitarbeiter nett

-: Außenmöbel (Liegen, Schirme) teilweise älter und kaputt Viele Flugzeuge

+: Fair price, the room (Block 3) was awesome, food was tasty

-: Huge lines to the restaurant and to the bar, waiting time for a drink like 20 minutes. Obviously not enough personell, the glasses in the room were very dirty and upon asking to clean those they just took them. Not enough sunbeds, you have to come very early to get a sunbed.
