+: The beach, pools and bars

-: No cider boooo

+: Very clean and well kept. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent considering the numbers being catered for, ice cream very good quality. Snack bar was great, we never went for formal lunch. Large pool was great, beach was good; there are some rocks initially but they’re manageable. The all-inclusive beer was fine, clearly weak but refreshing and you don’t want strong stuff when people are starting at 11 am. Water park was very good.

-: Beds way too small for teenagers of 13 and 15 of heights 5 ft 9” and 6 foot, although comfortable enough otherwise. Our room was fairly small for a family and I’d have booked a bigger room if I’d known beforehand. There are a lot of sunbeds but still not enough. Beach sunbeds were all reserved around 9 am but many people didn’t turn up for hrs after reserving them, some not until the afternoon. We discovered a family who had reserved 6 beds at the beach but also had 6 at the pool; they were unhappy when I took 3 of their beach beds that hadn’t been used for hours. Another person had reserved about 10 beds under 3 parasols and again nobody turned up for at least 3 hrs. This really needs to be monitored better. The all-inclusive wine is Ok but not great although you do get used to it fairly quickly. Lastly, not the hotel’s fault, but so sad to see people taking platefuls of food, having a bite and then leaving it. Not just the kids doing this. Or adults piling up a 'desired' food on a plate for their kids who then don’t eat it. Shop was expensive. 30 euros for an inflatable donut is ludicrous. Spa was lovely, but again, 133 euros for a 70 min massage is expensive and they then try to sell you very expensive products afterwards. Lastly, waves were too strong for my mother in law to go for a swim until the last day; she has mobility issues and this will affect my choice of venue in the future.

+: Very friendly staff, very good atmosphere and family friendly. The facilities are good. A great water park for children and the beach, when it's not windy, great too (beware, there is a barrier of big rocks to get into the sea, but then it's sandy and shallow). Food was great and the snack bar was very handy!

-: We generally liked everything. Pool's towels times to swap them are not very helpful. Swimming pool's timetable could be better as they close very early (6 pm)

+: We liked the size of the room, breakfast was good, huge selection and the snack bar was great! Good parking at the hotel. Seems to be great for familes

-: We didn’t really enjoy the main restaurant as it was disorganised chaos, it was so loud, busy and hard to get to the food - we visited at different times and it was always the same - we had a really bad experience at the Greek restaurant- the service and food was below par - The bar service was bad, wrong drinks when you could get them as the queues were massive all the time, really not worth its price tag.

+: I liked the energy the staff were trying to create in the evenings with the live music. The manager provided with a doctor free of charge to assist me as I got a stomach bug. The room was cleaned everyday!

-: Since it was the beginning of the season it was sometimes almost too quiet and the games that were played were not that fun - they lacked imagination and were dull. Also the information sheet - the english is not correct and couldshould be updated. Got a stomach bug at the hotel - the receptionist was rude and lacked empathy towards my situation. The water from any dispenser tasted like pool water - even the fizzy drinks had a bad after taste.

-: The jym is little bit dangerous
