+: La propreté et les équipements sont des atouts majeurs. Les restaurants indépendants sont très bien, surtout l'accueil et la qualité du restaurant italien. Les chambres sont agréables et spacieuses.

-: C'est un grand hôtel avec beaucoup de groupe ce qui ne facilite pas l'accès aux restaurants et il faut sans cesse réserver ce qui laisse peu de place à la spontanéité des vacances ! Notre chambre était dans une aile en travaux ce n'était pas toujours très agréable (bruit et propreté). Attention au choix des chambres : certaines donnent sur une route passante et bruyante, d'autres (comme la notre) ne voient jamais le soleil !

-: La lenteur du personnel pour régler les problèmes (on dit "je vous reviens demain" 3x, au bout de la 4e fois c'est réglé). Le restaurant asiatique: nourriture fade, sans goût. Le fait que les dames du SPA veulent vendre à tout prix. Disons que le service est un peu en dessous d'un 5*.

+: The breakfast was lovely, with a multitude of choices. The only downfall was the que, you must go early to not wait to be seated The king size bed was comfortable along with a warm shower and great water pressure. The staff was helpful, pleasant and accommodating, especially when we inquired about other establishments for dining in Chania.

-: The amenities provided at the gym were lacking, as towels and water bottles were not available. This is subpar for a 5-star resort. Additionally, the pricing for mocktails was only slightly lower than that of regular cocktails, which seemed unreasonable given the simple ingredients. Service by the pool was slow, with lengthy wait times for both ordering and receiving drinks. The rooms were average in terms of decor and did not meet the standard expected of a 5-star establishment. The quality of the two restaurants outside of the main dining buffet was also mediocre, especially for guests with dietary restrictions. In my case, being lactose intolerant and gluten-free due to pregnancy, I was served a substitute dish without prior notice, which was disappointing. I noticed the change and had to bring it to their attention. They had to correct it 2x before getting it right. Unfortunately, my husband had finished his cold plate and the head chef was gracious enough to compensate our meal and offer us our dinner. Although the spa was enjoyable, not all staff members were proficient in their services. Some lacked fluency in multiple languages and had limited experience in providing massages. Overall, I would rate this resort at a high 3.9, falling short of a true 5-star experience. Guests expecting exceptional accommodations may be disappointed, as the resort still has room for improvement in reaching the standards of a true 5-star establishment.

+: le beau temps, la gentillesse du personnel, personne dans les piscines, en revanche gentils seniors qui squattent les transat des 8H30 du matin !!!

-: malgré un énorme buffet, la nourriture est très médiocre pas du tout au niveau d'un 5 étoiles, mais calculée pour les clients "all inclusive", les deux restaurants de l hôtel doivent être réservés " à l avance et c'est tres vite complet et peu d'alternatives autour ( pied) pour diner en moyenne saison... le bruit dans le réfectoire et la musique tout le temps et partout (petit déjeuner, piscine, bars)
