+: The staff of the hotel are very attentive. The room is ok. The hotel is a good choise in Zakynthos.

-: The beach in front the hotel isn't good. The hotel is ok.

+: Close to the beach, but the beach was not so clean. there was a lot of withered seaweed on the beach. Breakfast was rather ok, but too much the same. During our entire stay, it was always the same food. They could not prepare an egg sunny side up. Service was not so good. To get a coffee, it was a disaster. They should have 2 coffee machines. Too long waiting times to get a simple coffee! The TV on the room was too small. There was nothing much to happen in the hotel.

-: Breakfast could be much better, more variety. To get a coffee was a big disaster. You had to wait for a long time, big queue each morning.

+: Location was great

-: It was a surprise trip for my wife's birthday and they would not even put a bottle of winebubbly in the room for my wife any other hotel I have ever stayed at in Zante have always done this little special thing just felt a bit sad they they could not afford a bottle for about £7 euros to help make her day extra special its all the little touches that make it ! Sadly won't be going bake there will stick to the Venus Hotel And Suites

+: The property was really nice, very close to the beach and walking distance of kalamaki strip. It was a bit of a walk from laganas strip but it was still doable. The pool was lovely not too crowded.

-: The food was quite expensive in the pool bar and beach restaurant. Sunbed’s on the beach were very expensive, the only thing in the room which was a let down was the shower, it was either scalding or freezing.

+: The hotel is very nice and clean - the pool area is lovely and it is a good swimming pool as well - just be careful if you don’t know how to swim as some parts are pretty deep. The hotel and the room is very clean and pleasant with toiletries - the bed is comfortable and the linen is comfy :) Breakfast is amazing and delicious - the yogurt is just perfect! All of the staff is amazingly friendly and so nice! I really liked the location as it is close to the airport, close to Kalamaki beach and Laganas - there’s plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from.

-: Μεγάλη αναμονή στα πρωινά για να πάρεις καφέ.....εκτός ότι σταματούσε να λειτουργεί πιστεύω ότι χρειάζεται μεγαλύτερη μηχανή του καφέ ή μια δεύτερη.

+: Hotel has no atmosphere what's so ever, no bar, like staying in a library.

-: Didn't like anything about this hotel. Very poor vibe about it. Basement apartment beside car park and Bins next to work store room. Awful

+: Welcoming and really kind staff. The facilities offer a lot to the guest and being beach front is a nice point.

+: Everything about the hotel was exceptional. rooms were clean, stylish, roomy, well equipped and comfortable. Excellent choice of breakfast every morning. Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. Pool area was always clean and the pool bar served great lunchs with friendly staff.
