+: Outstanding villa with a gorgeous pool, incredible views and a wonderful host. Nicole met us with the keys and arranged for breakfast to be delivered everyday. She could not do enough for us. A cleaner also visited every day. The villa is in a less touristy part of the island which is what we wanted, but there are still a few cafes and a shop in walking distance.

+: It has spectacular views and it was so nice and clean, the host was so welcoming and friendly.

+: Our family traveled to Santorini in July and could not wait to arrive at The Zen Villa. We booked this beautiful home back in the winter after looking for places to stay. Once we saw the photos of The Zen Villa, we absolutely loved it and knew this was the perfect place for our once-in-a-lifetime vacation. Our hostess, Nicole was beautiful inside and out! Upon our arrival, the home was filled with breakfast and lunch foods, including fresh fruits and wine. Our flight arrived later in the evening, but she was right there to meet us and even went into town to pick up pizzas for us for dinner. The home features breathtaking views and stunning sunsets. We enjoyed so much of Santorini by venturing out in our family-sized van (which Nicole helped us to get) and capturing magical moments and memories! We traveled around Akrotiri, visited Prophet Elias Monastery, continued onto Thera, and Oia - even discovering the famous scene of the three blue-domed churches. This was my third visit to Santorini and my most favorite! The Zen Villa was the perfect place for our family to enjoy and capture the beauty of this magical island.

+: Beautiful property with amazing view and large house. We booked for a family of 8 with plenty of room. Outside area is big. Plenty of lounge chair to relax by the pool or on the side away from the main area. Nice large table to seat outside to eat and relax and take in the view. Inside it have a large beautiful kitchen. The family room is huge. Close to small town with local restaurants. The host was amazing. She met us at the house to hand over the and explained all the features of the house. She also gave us recommendation for restaurants, beaches and site seeing. She also help us booked rental car and transfer for us. Excellent host and beautiful house. The view is amazing!

-: The house is up a narrow driveaway. It's off the main highway so not a good walking area with kids.

+: La maison est grande ..très très agréable à vivre , tres lumineuse avec la vue est à couper le souffle...Parfaite pour des couples ... les personnes chargées de l'accueil et du ménage sont adorables et efficaces .. c'est parfait on conseillera sans hésiter à nos amis

-: Le manque de machine à laver le linge ...et une chaise dans les chambres

+: Private road leads to a standalone villa. No one goesdrives nearby. Lots of privacy. Very spacious and light. Very good Sport room. But the best of all was our hostess Maroulia. Every our wish was quickly fulfilled, very helpful and pleasant person.

-: Hot tub was missing. It would be very much desired. The territory of the villa is huge — enough place. Especially at the end of the season, when the weather isn’t very warm anymore people could enjoy a bath in a hot tub

+: The home is exceptional! Very clean and modern. Beautiful modern furnishings and lighting! Lots and lots of indoor and outdoor lighting! Plenty of room and amenities. Lots of outdoor patios all beautifully furnished , landscaped and lit. Exceptional privacy! Wonderful host! LOVED IT! 10+++++

+: The villa was stunning, even better than in the photographs, beautifully light and clean and luxurious. Everything we needed was right there, including a huge selection of food, juices and plenty of water. We had such a beautiful welcome from Maroulia who is worth her weight in gold! She arranged taxis etc and gave so much useful information and was so attentive and helpful. Mira the housekeeper works so efficiently to keep the villa in a beautiful condition. We dream of returning one day.
