+: Die ganze Anlage sowie auch das Zimmer sind sehr modern und sauber. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind einige Mitarbeiter*innen (Fatih im Hauptrestaurant, Muzzafer in der Beach Bar, die Kinderbetreuerinnen und die kompetente Yogalehrerin) - selbst unser Kind spricht noch nach 1 12 Monaten vom zuvorkommenden Personal.

-: Ein Kellner im Med Restaurant war sehr unfreundlich und man hat gemerkt, dass sich das Saisonende nähert. Insgesamt musste man auf Getränke öfters länger warten oder nachfragen. Die Pools waren schon sehr kalt, das Meer hatte dafür aber die ideale Temperatur.

+: Design

-: Staff - only handful was professional. Bigger part had no idea how to treat guests. Beach towel staff - not even saying hello, not smiling, as if they were working there as a punishment. Restaurant - chaos.Another staff member (Gönenç) was not careful when carrying suitcases and hit my 5year old when passing next to us. We were leaving our room on a narrow alley - he would not wait for us to get out (universal law!) but walked in to go opposite direction and did not even stop to let us pass by. When I stopped him to say to be more careful as he just hit my child - he started arguing that it is not his fault as he walked normally and my child could have also pay attention and step aside. Unprofessional beyond believe. I escalated this to guest relations asking for management to contact me. After 1.5 days had to chase them and ask again for a meeting as they did not bother to come back to me (they claimed they tried calling my room… They had my email and mobile number though.. we were communicating later via WhatsApp so… excuses excuses). Front Office Manager did not seem to care about the whole situation, obviously he apologised and offered a dinner in a la carte restaurant - he said he would inform us when we will be booked for a dinner - but he has not so I had to chase yet again after 2 days to ask about it…Every day there was something missing after room cleaning - not enough towels left, mini bar not refilled, lack of tea spoons, missing shower gel, missing body lotion, missing tissues, etc. Had to call every single day to ask for missing things.No caffeinated coffee capsules were provided for 5 days, as the ran out of it… who manages the stock there?Unbelievable.Place looks nice but it really, really lacks attention to details and proper management.We won’t come back, we won’t recommend to anyone.Not worth the money.
