+: Très bon petit déjeuner choix et quantité

+: The location from the city center is very good and the room was quiet even if once outside you can hear the music from the disco. The staff was very accomodating, helpful, friendly, polite and good prepared for our arrival; specifically the young guy with glasses at the reception during night hours. The breakfast was included in the price and was very rich, fresh and with a lot of varieties. As we rented a car, there was always space for parking no matter what time we arrived during the day or night.

-: Unfortunatelly once we were inside the room we have noticed a couple of things. Even if the bathroom was cleaned and we had new towels and toiletries, behind the door were hanging two brown wet towels. Also in the big double room the lights were not working and the room was smelling like wet. The next day we asked for room cleaning and tidying and everything was okay.

+: The staff were so helpful and courteous especially the front desk. My room was fantastic, newly renovated, tastefully decorated with a large balcony. Good selection for breakfast. Gardens and pool well maintained. That water slide was a load of fun!

+: Nice quiet location close to the beach and far enough from the nightlife to be quiet. Nice pool, Water Slides onsite. Clean rooms...got upgraded to a family room which was a bonus. Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. Will definitely be returning at some.

-: Our room door handle was not secure which was not safe as anyone could easilyPush and access the room. Hairdryer needs to be renewed as it’s outdated and hardlyWorks. Also the room was not perfectlyCleaned. We found a stick on nails from previous guests on the floor. Broken chair also needs to be replaced. Breakfast was not even average. +: Hello, I would like to say that this hotel is exceptionel.. I stayed three nights there and it was so amazing.. The rooms are so beautiful and comfortable and newly refreshed.. It looks boho chic.. I really appreciated... I highly recommand this hotel.. I feeled so good and save there... The swimming pools, the breakfast, the restaurants and all other services is so perfect... All the staff are amazing especialy Mr Hasan and Mr Bahadir... Always available, helpful and with a warm smiling face... I was totaly surprised to discover this hotel located in Gumbet.. I can't wait to go there again shortly.. I highly recommand this accommodation with all the comfort and high quality of the room and all services and facilities... The place to be.. 🫶

-: Чистота залишає бажати кращого, дуже старі меблі. Ванні кімнати запліснявілі, огидні матраци. Дуже темне освітлення. Ціни на морозиво щодня були різними.
