+: Отличное место расположения. Приветливый персонал чисто уютно в номере тепло ! рядом находится супер маркет продуктовый есть ресторан который рекомендовали в отеле по очень доступной цене и вкусно , есть рядом и ресторан для гурманов попробовать национальную кухню все на гриле там цена подороже. Очень вкусно ! Отель пол минуты до подъем ника !!! Прекрасно отдохнули всем очень советую .

+: Очень дружелюбный персонал , хорошее расположение , наличие за 10 евро в сутки карточки для парковки возле отеля и подъемника ( очень удобно) Номер очень удобный , хоть и маленькие комнатки , но две отдельные, все чисто и комфортно. Новенькая ванная комната. Хороший балкон. Есть сейф и холодильничек. Много батарей и было очень тепло. -: Завтрак. Очень слабый, как для 4* , больше похоже на 3*. Не делают омлет , только жаренные холодные яйца. Вообще нет овощей, хоть бы положили помидорчик или огурчик ….Хлопья для детей не вкусные. Мне было сложно накормить ребёнка, ел только круассан . За три дня , один день был творог , но очень не вкусный …. В номере не было ни одной бутылочки с водой , для 4* это очень странно, благо рядом супермаркет. Очень плохо работал Wi-Fi , даже почту сложно было открыть ….

+: Местоположение. Рядом подъёмник. Но зона катания скучная, маленькая. Трасс мало. Относительно чисто -: Маленькая комната всего 12 метров, это кровать и дверь в маленькую душевую. Однообразный завтрак из колбасы, из овощей только гнилые помидоры с плесенью, холодные яйца. Подогретый бекон. В номере только одна бутылка воды на весь период проживания. На второй день по возвращению в Отель пришлось вечером идти в магазин за водой. Не 4 звезды. 120€ за ночь - это слишком дорого.

+: Отель небольшой, очень уютный. Рядом подъемник в зону катания ПАЛ, организован бесплатный трансфер в зону Аркалис, что очень удобно. Разнообразное и вкусное питание, ужины и завтраки. Есть комната для хранения лыж. Отель находится в самом центре Ла Массана, рядом транспорт. -: В нашем номере Wi Fi работал замечательно, у друзей , которые жили этажом ниже, постоянные зависания...
