+: В этих апартаментах мы останавливаемся второй раз. Уютные, все есть для комфортного проживания, кухня укомплектована, есть таблетки для посудомойки, даже один раз за 6 дней поменяли полотенца. Недалеко от подъемника. -: При заезде не было наших ключей, пришлось ждать 1,5 часа с маленьким ребёнком, пока решится наша проблема. Так что если Вы приезжаете поздно, заранее свяжитесь с администрацией, чтобы про вас не забыли

+: Просторные, комфортные апартаменты. Есть все необходимое. Очень удобно для семей с детьми. -: Небольшой нюанс с месторасположением - приходится метров 150-200 подниматься в гору довольно круто. Это нужно учитывать, если много вещей и когда возвращаешься после катания с лыжным оборудованием. Особенно, когда солнечный день и все тает, а в ночь небольшой мороз, то дорога вниз настолько скользкая, что идти в лыжных ботинках очень опасно. В самих апартаментах все замечательно, единственное, было бы лучше оставлять хотя бы один сменный пакет для мусора.

+: Отличное местнрпсположение и отличные аппартамениы! До подъемника 5 минут пешком (обратно в горку). Две спальни и два санузла, на кухне есть всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, отопление настраиваемое, всё в рабочем состоянии. До магазина пешком 3 минуты, есть комната доя горнолыжного оборудования (в зоне паркинга) -: схему проезда и местонахождения ключей от аппартамениов прислали за день до прилёта (после того как мы сами написали данный вопрос). Пороль от места где находился ключ от апартов не подошел и нам пришлось звонить по мобильному ответственныи, звонки в Андорре дорогие, порядка 350 руб минута. Паркинг в апартаментах платный, 13 евро в день, рядом нет бесплатной городской парковки, а паркомат часто не работает, штраф 20 евро.

-: При заезде с нас запросили дополнительную плату за вид на горы получили мы вид на деревню за которыми находились горы. хотя мы несколько раз созванивались и писали емайлы. Обьясняли это тем что мы должны были заказывать вид на автобусную остановку 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️(мы хотели чтоб окна выходили в сторону гор с подьемником.) также при заказе небыло ясно до конца получим ли мы номер с видом или нет. так как это становится понятно при заезде. :(((( Кот в мешке!! Также при заезде с нас пытались снять 2150€ 😲😲вместо 970€ которые были указаны при бронировании. В номере на неделю на 4 людей 1 рулон туалетной бумаги и 1 мусорный пакет. :(( в остальном номер не плохой. Телевизор с плохим сигналом и отсутсвуют русскоязычные каналы. +К подьемнику недалеко. +Большой подземный паркинг. При заезде помотали нервы вернутся туда не хотим:(

+: Ubicacion Pero en este lugar hay varios propietarios de apartamentos. -: Это обеспечило меньшую комнату, чем в первоначальном заказе. После двух часов утомительных переговоров мы получили соответствующий. Утвердившись, мне пришлось мыть полы самостоятельно. Вероятно, не мыли с 2017 года. Особенно под кроватью. Мы просили два дня выдать четвертое одеяло! Только одна розетка на кухне! Пол рулона туалетной бумаги!!! Один крючек для полотенца в ванной комнате-это для 4 постояльцев.Стоимость парковки - 12 евро сутки. Не берешь парковку-локера нет! У двух других владельцев квартир в том же здании есть бесплатная парковка на этой парковке. 5 лет мы ходим на Рождество. Он всегда получал небольшие подарки от владельцев квартир. Здесь это не принято. Из мелочей складывается настроение. Никогда больше в этой квартире!

+: Хорошие удобные аппарты, есть все необходимое для проживания. Были в сентябре, рассматриваем как вариант в зимнее время для горных лыж, подъемник рядом.

Отличное расположение, до фуникулера буквально 5 минут. У нас было 3 спальни, 2 су, комнаты небольшие, но нам больше и не надо было. Вид у апартов ухоженный, все чистое и новое.
