-: عند الحجز انا اخترت غرفه باطلاله وصديقتي طلبت غرفه من غير اطلاله ومع ذلك عند حضورنا الاوتيل تم اعطاء صديقتي غرفه باطلاله وقامت بدفع مبلغ اقل من المبلغ الذي دفعته !!! وانا تم اخذ مني مبلغ بقيمة غرفة باطلاله !!؟ لذلك مستحيل احجز في هذا الاوتيل مره ثانيه ، بالاضافه لا يوجد لديكم موظفين يتكلمون باللغه العربيه !!! احنا في بلد عربيه وخليجيه من المفترض يكون عدد الموظفين الناطقين باللغه العربيه اكثر من الاجانب
