-: When I made booking no time was showing but when I already made booking ,it was showing afternoon check in but we needed to stay in the night time and when we reached hotel reception nobody was ready assist and had rude behavior.so no room was given and we requested refund and no refund also given even booking.com.didnt helped us out to get refund.we felt like, we were scammed.

+: Extremely dirty room, bathroom not cleaned at all at move in time, during our 2 day stay not even a single attempt to do cleaning for us, hairs everywhere , ......oh my God the worse hotel in Dubai I presume.

-: Dirty bedroom, dirty bed covers and dirty bedsheets, hairs all over the floor, dirty bathroom.... Very bad smell
