+: The deluxe one bedroom was spacious and niceJamal was the best employee in the Hotel, professional in all means.
-: The majority of staff lack of experience in hospitality and essentials of dealing with visitors.The property downgraded my room for 1 night for a system glitch reason that’s totally unexpected (I paid the full amount for 2 nights for a deluxe one bedroom). frankly Jamal did his best to compensate the issue.
