-: Don’t stay here!!! I never thought I would do a review like that, unfortunately, this is what happened with my family holiday at this hotel. We stopped over for one night, we paid for a city-view room and we got a facing-all room. The room wasn't ready when we got there, not very clean, however, we booked an extra night to get an early check-in. Moreover, we have been overcharged by this hotel, they put on hold a night deposit on my credit card, and after we paid the full amount of two-night stay when we did the checking. After that it's been a nightmare, we didn't get back our one night deposit. it's been almost one week that I have been wasting my holiday, trying to get my money back, sending a lot of emails and phone calls to this hotel, and they have very poor customer service, I’m not getting any answers and just excuses when they reply. Don't stay here. They will rip you off!!!
