The Radiance Premium Suites apartment hotel in Dubai is an excellent choice for those who value space and independence while travelling. Located in the Al Barsha district, it is within walking distance of the famous Mall of the Emirates, making shopping and entertainment highly accessible. Thanks to its proximity to the Mashreq Metro Station, guests can easily reach all key areas of the city. It is an ideal spot for extended stays or family getaways.
Each apartment is decorated in a contemporary style and features all the necessary amenities for comfortable, self-contained living. They include separate bedroom and living areas, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests the flexibility to prepare their own meals. For entertainment, a large 65-inch Smart TV is provided, and a private balcony offers the chance to enjoy fresh air and city views.

-: تعاملهم غير راقي في الجيك آوت حيث ان موظفة الاستقبال تقول لي ان الشراشف ( الملايات ) غير نظيفه حيث اننا غسلناها ويوجد عليها بقع ودفعتني 135 درهم مقابلها اول مره يحصل معاي الموضوع هذا تجولت كثير من البلدان لم يحصل معاي نفس الموضوع هذا

+: I like the location of the Radiance Premium Suite because it's closed to Emirates mall and a lot of super markets under the Suite. in overall the room is good with plenty space and couple of channels in the TV and a big thanks for "cleaner" they clean the room daily with deep cleaning.
-: 1) I didn't like to pay 800 dirham to extended my stay for just extra two nights which is 400 dirham per day with out any discounts from the front desk or management. notes i just pay 315 dirham each night through booking.com for 11 nights.2) Why the front desk didn't inform me about the Tax return how I can register and claim it back.3) No one inform me about the visitor policy that they are NOT allow to come and visit.4) advice that the client or the family will stay there signed any paperwork the front desk should give them a copy of it for their reference.
