+: Standard żywieniowy w hotelu wywarł na nas pozytywne wrażenie. Śniadanie były bardzo dobre, nie żałowano porcji, jedzenie dokładane na bieżąco. Obsługa kelnerska też stanęła na wysokości zadania co powiększyło zadowolenie z pobytu w hotelu.

-: Jedynie można tu dodać subiektywną opinię dotyczącą klimatyzacji. Temperatura dla nas była zbyt niska w porównaniu do warunków panujących na zewnątrz. Tak duża różnica w temperaturach niekorzystnie wypływała na samopoczucie.

+: We had a one night stay in the hotel, the room was clean and the staff was excellent as well especially Ms Aiza..Definitely recommended to stay have a quiet night with a nice pool and good ambience.

+: In the past, good value and location.

-: After years of staying here every month, they have implemented a deposit at check in-in case you damage the room or its contents. This is inconvenient because you have to remember to request the refundable deposit at checkout. Then they send an employee to your room to confirm that you did no harm and are entitled to the deposit. This takes time while you would like check out and catch a taxi.Second, on 2 days I had no bath towels, just a hand towel to dry myself after a shower. I told the front desk and he said “OK”! Not, “oh I am sorry for the inconvenience!”Third, on one day my room key did not work. I went to the front desk twice to get a new key. The first time, the new programmed key also did not work, so back down the elevator I went. The second time I received a new key, never an apology!So, I recommend that the hotel employees be taught basic etiquette like apologies and details, rather than the emphasis on security deposits for long time customers.
