+: Le petit déjeuné , le service de Netoyage et le manager grâce à qui on a eu la chambre. Nous avons trouver un hôtel presque vide et la dame à la receptors dit qu’il n’y a pas de place . Je pense qu’elle doit être Xénophobe et ne doit pas avoir sa place dans cette prestigieuse hotel que je serai obligé de ne plus fréquenter
-: La dame qui m’a accueillit à mon arrivé le 27 Août matin a été très impolie envers ma famille , mon ami qui m’a pris à l’aéroport et moi même.Et pour expliquer son comportement elle dit que m’a cette de crédit n’a pas fonctionner alors que j’avais choisis l’option payer sur place ?La dame qui était au lobby le 27 matin est xénophobe

+: Customer service was good especially Alan African guy in reception.
-: In first night I asked for baby crib I didn't get right away it took them until midnight to bring it to me. 2 or 3 hours is long time to wait. I would strongly advise staff to read customer notes specifically regarding babies. People travel long distance and comes tired in hotel.
