+: The ambiance of the hotel is amazing the staff were so courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Peter who helped me . I had actually dropped my money in the hotel next to my room and I wasn’t aware of it but Mr Peter along with his security were so generous that they called me and returned my money back which I wasn’t aware of it.

+: The style and design of the hotel

-: The hotel has no parking in it, and guests vehicles taken to a nearby parking 300m distance in Nesto Hypermarket and only Hotel Staff can take the vehicle out of parking. So each time we need to go somewhere we need to ask hotel staff to bring the car . Sometimes we need to go out more than one time a day .. And sometime we have belongings which we need to take in our car while its in the parking .. etc

+: Staff is helpful, Hotel is situated in good place shopping, restaurants and others travelling anywhere is very easy

+: De locatie was echt perfect. Precies naast de ingang van het hotel zit een bushalte. Er is geen tekort aan winkeltjes, eettentjes en schoonheidssalons. De souk is op 3 minuten loopafstand waar je de abra voor 1 dirham kan pakken naar de goldsouk en de spicesouk. Het is er nooit saai. Druk uitgaansgebied. Als je ervan houdt om tot 's avonds laat buiten te chillen, dan zit je met dit hotel echt goed. Het personeel is aardig en klantvriendelijk.

-: De airco stond constant aan en het was echt koud in de kamer. Ik kreeg het in ieder geval niet uit, maar dat kan aan mij liggen. De badkamer was zodanig beschadigd dat het er vies uit zag. Om deze reden heb ik de badkuip dan ook niet gebruikt. Ook de wcpot was hard aan vervanging toe. Het bed sliep echt niet lekker, het was veelste hard.

+: The hotel staff is very friendly and a good place to stay. Receptionist Kamran and others did their job perfectly.
