+: The staff was friendly, especially Mr. Abdulqader, who was exceptionally kind and went out of his way to interact with my son, making our stay even more enjoyable.
-: The general hygiene and housekeeping services were very poor. The bathrobe was never exchanged during my 5-night stay, and the towels had an unpleasant odor. The furniture and interior were outdated. While some rooms have been recently renovated, they would charge us extra to stay in one of these rooms, even though this option was not offered through Booking.
