+: All the staffs are great Sagunta Adnan shazad khan Arif Fisal Are great staff and really help me also if I have any problem they take care me within a mints Also the room service people was great All this people I love it

-: When I checked in the room was bad but after I talkTo Peter the manager he gave me great room and I was very satisfied

+: الفندق معهم اثنين واحد قديم والثاني جيد جداالموظفين راقين في التعامل لما طلبنا منهم تغير الغرف كانوا متجاوبين وبذلت الموظفه هنديه شيسي والعامل عباس وكذلك المدير قصارى جهدهم لإرضائنا وتغير إلى فندق رويال سكوت الفندق الثاني وكان ممتاز

-: المراقص وللأسف الشديد طول الليل خاصة الطابق السادس اسرتي ما ناموا حتى 3 صباحا ازعاج و لا يوجد عازل بالغرف فندق مبالغ في تصنيفه 4 ستار. واجد عليه 2 ستار.

-: Just the area traffic is always more due to Dubai’s hostpot busy street of Burdubai

-: It was such a bad small there with lot of cockroaches in the washroom and the room. The housekeeping service was pathetic. When you asked for something or call the reception nobody bother to follow your request. The breakfast was not good at all.
