-: Night Manager's Mr. Sherif Mohammed atitude towards his guests. Totally unaceptable! We stayed with my wife to celebrate our birthday. We were listening to music lowdly and 11pm received complain what music is to loud, then we made music more quiet and still received the complain it was to loud (it wasn't loud at all, just normal sound), it was 11pm only. My wife went to speak with Manager Sherif Mohammed, who told her: "you know some guests we sometimes ask to leave the hotel." Is this management level in one of most luxurious hotels in UAE? Is this the treatment you want your gest to experience? Is this the solution you constantly offer your guests - we might ask you to leave? We are totally dissapointed by absolute non-profesionalism of Manager Mr. Sherif Mohammed. All the rest in the hotel we liked. However this kind of treatment is absolutely unceptable and leaves big shadow on the hotel
