-: hello, i want to complaint on a restaurant on the first floor and hotel also. 1. a hole on the bedsheet and a stain also 2. cockroach in our room 3. no menu at the restaurant 4. very noisy because of club upstairs (to 4am) 5. in restaurant the waitress scammed me, firstly she said that the dish (shawarma) will be 6aed, but in the bill it was 60aed 6. after this shawarma my friend and i got stomachache, we felt very bad 7. i wanted to write a complaint but they don’t have a book of complaints and suggestions, that’s not okay 8. no hangers in the wardrobe 9.disgusting bathroom with no toilet paper and no hot water
